St Martins Estate -Temporary Housing Office

Metropolitan Housing Trust/St Martins Community Partnership needed a Housing Office for this large Estate up and operational quickly.

We were appointed as Main Contractor and Yorkshire Portable Buildings were employed as Principle Subcontractor. This fast track project demanded and received from us, a flexible and quick response, “hands on” management, co-ordination, programming and quality control. Excellent communications and working relations were quickly established by us with the Design Team and Subcontractors which contributed to the successful completion in accordance with the Clients time scale. Yorkshire Portable were engaged to design, manufacture and install the factory prefabricated office building. We were directly responsible for the overall control, co-ordination and delivery. Our works included, demolition, site clearance, foundations, drainage, services, external works and finishes.
