A high class refurbishment of a six storey end of terrace property in South Kensington to form six luxury flats for sale or rent.

Works included the complete refurbishment and remodeling of the interior layout which necessitated extensive structural alterations. A new mansard storey was added and a hydraulic lift introduced to serve all floors. The interior decor included new cornices, dado and picture rails and carpets throughout, Poggenpol kitchens and high quality sanitaryware were also provided.
