146-156, Grosvenor Terrace, Camberwell, London, SE5

This project was the winner of the 1993 London Brick Architectural housing category award.

The building was officially opened by local MP Harriet Harmen in June 1992. The scheme provided eighteen one bedroom flats for special needs tenants. External features such as the steel rear balconies and spiral steel escape staircases were provided. Reconstituted stone cills, lintels and features were also incorporated to enhance the project. Special roof lights provide natural day lighting to the internal spiral insitu concrete staircases.
