Rotherhithe Street

Located within the Surrey “Docklands”, this redevelopment project involved compete gutting and remodeling of a 1930’s block of derelict flats. The refurbished property now comprises 12 No modern self contained two and three bedroom flats. Works included a new external staircase, roof coverings, UPVC double glazed windows/french doors, feature bands of red facing brick/tyrolean render and metal balconettes. Internal partitions, finishes and all fitting out were all new.
