The first phase of this project involved complete gutting, rebuilding of the rear addition, demolition of central chimneys and reconstruction of all floors and partitions. The refurbished property is 15No modern self contained one and two bedroom flats. The second phase, No 7A was negotiated and followed on to a fast track programme. It comprised complete refurbishment to form a 7 bedroom hostel. The scheme was officially opened by Sir Peter Brooke for our Client, Church Housing.
