Now known as 1-9 Bushbaby Close. The scheme comprises a terrace of 9No three storey town houses built on a vacant site at the rear of Brighton Buildings.

Each house has four bedrooms and follows the traditional pattern of London houses with living rooms and balconies at 1st floor level. They were designed to a high efficiency standard. Particular attention was paid to the appearance of the front elevations which overlook a park. Features include special brickwork to form columns and stone arches, string courses and plinths.
