Of traditional construction this project was constructed in only 31 weeks, which included the Christmas holidays, on the site of an old Roman Encampment off Beddington Lane, Surrey. Steps and staggers were a feature of the traditional construction, which utilized precast floors, masonry cavity external walls,  trussed roofs and high performance double glazed windows.
