Coburg House, 63-67 Newington Causeway SE1

 

The contract comprised the fast track refurbishment of basement, entrance lobby and third floor Southwark Councils DHSS offices. Works included, removal of existing and fitting out of the new office layout; this comprised new relocatable “Dexion Apton” ‘part glazed’ partitioning, suspended ceilings and carpeting. In addition a new IT data communications system was installed and the electric's were completely rewired with new lighting fittings incorporated throughout . The existing fire alarm system was upgraded and extended and a full air conditioning system introduced. A curved glazed ‘Reglit ‘screen, purpose made hardwood desk and entryphone technology were incorporated into the new Reception area. . The Common entrance and staircases and all associated existing plastered surfaces were repaired and redecorated. Venetian blinds were installed to both the internal partition and external windows.
